Family owned and operated for over 30 years.  Many times the choice of a call center is a quick one. It is often driven by cost. In reality this will be the company that answers your phone, representing you and your company.  What separates the quality of services?  There are many different aspects that need to be looked at. The first is- who are the owners?  Wendie Zimmerman started Call24 in 1977. She brought her son Scott Zimmerman into the business in 1994.  Both owners have an active part in the day to day running of the business.

Experience is one of the most valuable assets a call center can offer.  An experienced staff is an asset.  These are ultimately the people who will be answering your phone.  A well seasoned and experienced staff can make all the difference in the world.  Our staff is our family and your callers will know this with every call.

Training of the staff is an on going process at Call24.  The requests and needs of clients are ever changing. On average an operator won’t be answering calls on their own for at least 3 weeks.  There is so much more to being an operator at Call24 Communications, Inc than just the ability to get a name and number.  If it was that simplistic, you could get an answering machine to answer your calls.  You are hiring us to represent your company and handle your calls in a timely and professional manner.
