How long will it take to set up service?

Set up is typically 24 to 48 hours after Client Set Up Documents have been received.

Do I have to sign any long term contracts?

Call24 requests a Contract that is month to month. We do require 30 days notice of cancellation.

How does My phone number get answered by Call24?

Your existing business number can be manually call forwarded to your number at Call24 or you can use the “delay call forwarding feature.” Delay call forwarding makes Call 24 a 24/7 back up to your office staff.

What is your up time guarantee?
We are here 24/7 365 days a year. We have a robust back up plan including phone lines, battery back up and generator to keep the lights on in case of any unforeseen outage.
How do I pay my bill?
The bills can be paid by check or by credit card. The credit card can be automatically debited each month. Another option, you can receive the bill then call us and tell us to charge the card once you are satisfied with the current charges.
 
Will I need any special equipment or phone service to use your answering services?

The only requirement is that your phone number have a call-forwarding feature.

Where are my messages delivered?
Your messages can be delivered to you in several forms including e-mail, text, fax or verbally.
 
What kind of training do your Agents receive?

Training is an on going process at Call24.

Who do I call to ask questions or make changes in my account?

We have several account managers and 2 supervisors on to help with account changes.

How do I know my lines are forwarded to you?

We tell all of our clients, once you call forward the line to Call 24, test dial your business number as you are one of your clients and make sure you get everything is working.

What kinds of call reports do you provide?

We provide you all of your messages as they come in. Addition reporting can be done. The cost is a dependent on the complexity of the report.

What if I have my own toll-free number. Can you answer those calls?

Yes, we can, on the number that Call 24 Communications assigns.

Can I publish the telephone number you give me?

Yes. There is a charge for this we will discuss with each client’s individual needs.

Who do I call to ask questions or about changes to my account?

Please contact 1-800-690-0222 and the on-duty Supervisor will help you.

How does my phone number get answered?

Each client has their own DID number.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No long term contracts. After the first thirty (30) days, we perform an audit. We analyze how many calls were made and we adjust the monthly service fee. This is month-to-month, with thirty (30) day’s Notice-of-Cancellation Contract.
