I would like to thank your middle of the night, during the weekend staff, as I had a Mgr. send me an On Call change on a Saturday, which would have normally meant nothing, had I not seen it – but it affected the weekend CT assignment and your team worked with me @ 3:40a.m. Sunday morning, to make sure calls would get sent through to the correct technician.
